Mandolirium celebrate their passion for the mandolin, guitar, bass and concertina in an exhilarating blend of moods and styles.

7:30-9:00pm - Tom Rogers @The Crown

Tom Rogers takes influence from classic bands such as The Beatles and The Doors, as well as more modern artists like Paolo Nutini. With roots in blues, folk and reggae, Tom puts a new twist on these classic and nostalgic sounds, inspired by music from sides of the Atlantic ocean.

Duotone is the alias for Cellist / Composer Barney Morse-Brown. An acclaimed musician known for his masterful use of live looping and effects. A master of melancholic arrangements, he has an uncanny ability of inviting listeners into his very own contemplative and introspective realm.

Singer-songwriter, 1950s-inspired guitarist, and loop-maker Emma Hunter, together with the trip-hop-inspired percussionist Tom Bruce, create complexly evocative soundscapes, filled with dramatic lynchian atmosphere.

Critically acclaimed and award nominated, the Machine Breakers hail from Oxfordshire. Their songwriting has won plaudits from many, including the Kinks’ Ray Davies and Steve Winwood. Mike Harding from Radio 2 described the band as “summing up modern Britain…”

The Steph Pirrie Jazz Quartet explores tight grooves and beautiful melodies, presenting memorable performances of classic jazz songs, original compositions, and jazz-infused pop tunes. Drawing inspiration from legends like Buena Vista Social Club, Willie Colon, Oscar D'leon, and Shakira, Salsazon infuses each performance with infectious energy and authentic Latin vibes that transport audiences to the streets of Havana, the clubs of Cali, and beyond.

 

7pm - The Shakes

The Shakes are a soul blues and funk collective. With soul-shaking rhythms and a set list ranging from Stevie wonder to Stevie nicks, they're sure to get you grooving through the streets.
